Broadstone Kendrick

Broadstone Kendrick is a dual-property apartment complex situated in Denver's Uptown district. Inspired by Mona Caron's Milkweed mural adorning one side of the property, our team developed an Offering Memorandum (OM) that resonated with the brand's identity. We concentrated on the exquisite interior design elements and the contrasting characteristics of the two buildings to create a narrative that seamlessly integrated with the property's marketing strategy. This approach effectively engaged investors and resulted in a highly satisfactory outcome for the seller.
